Arwel will be available from Easter. Located
in Llanarth village on the A487 coast road, it
is just a minute's walk from the local shops
and bus stop,
and from the well known Llanina Arms Pub and
Restaurant. It is a short drive to the nearby
resorts of New Quay and Aberaeron and is
conveniently located for exploring the
Cardigan Bay coast. With 4 bedrooms, 2
doubles, a twin and another with bunk beds,
'Arwel' offers plenty of space for the larger
family group.
ACCOMMODATION
- The sitting room has two big comfy sofas and TV with freeview and
DVD player. The separate dining room has dining table and chairs to seat 8
(photo to follow). The kitchen also has a table and chairs, Gas cooker,
Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, microwave and the usual small appliances.
There is also an oil fired Rayburn cooker. Adjacent to the kitchen there
is a utility room with washing machine and additional sink unit. There is

There are four bedrooms
upstairs, two spacious double bedrooms, a twin
bedroom and another with bunk beds. The
bathroom with bath and electric shower over is
also upstairs.
Outside: There is
parking for up to three cars in front of the
house. The back garden is on several levels
and has garden furniture and a barbecue
(photos of the garden will be added in the
spring).
One well behaved dog is
welcomed.
The hourly bus (550 and X40)
between Cardigan, New Quay, Aberaeron and
Aberystwyth passes the property.
ACCESS - There is level
access from the parking area to the house. There is a WC downstairs
that is not modified for disabled access. The bedrooms and the bathroom are
all upstairs. The garden is arranged on
several levels with steps in between and may
not be suitable for unsupervised small
children.
