Newly renovated Brynglas Cottage is a beautifully furnished
centrally heated holiday home on a quiet country lane just a couple of
miles from the spectacular Cardigan Bay coast and is ideally located for
visiting the sandy beaches of Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn, Llangrannog,
Cwmtydu and New Quay. The cottage is closest to Llangrannog and
Cwmtydu. With 2 bedrooms - a double and a twin and a sofa bed
in the sitting room, it will sleep up to 6. The small fully enclosed
private garden is surrounded by farmland.
ACCOMMODATION
- You can relax in the sitting room on comfortable sofas where there
is a digital TV , DVD player, and stereo / CD player. The kitchen /
diner has a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the usual
small appliances and the dining area seats 6. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms.
There is a double bedroom, and another
bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a full
bathroom with a bath and separate shower enclosure. Upstairs there is a
shower room with toilet and basin. Bed linen is not provided,
but duvets and pillows are supplied. Please note, we do ask
our guests not to smoke in the cottage.
The house is heated by gas central heating and there is a multi fuel stove

GROUNDS - There is a compact fully enclosed private garden
to the side of the house.
FUEL - Central Heating and electricity are inclusive in the rental.
Guests wishing to use the multi fuel stove must provide their own logs and
coal (available from the nearby shop / filling station at Brynhoffnant).
PETS
- Regret pets cannot be accommodated. ACCESS - There is level
access from the driveway to the house. There is a full bathroom downstairs
that is not modified for disabled access. The bedrooms are upstairs. The
upstairs shower room has limited space and may be unsuitable for the
disabled.
