There is a full sized cot in its own room adjacent to the master bedroom. There is also a junior bed, high chair, baby bath, wooden playpen, booster seat, baby monitor, changing mat, bottle warmer, and sterilizer. There is a selection of children's cups, plates and dishes.

An  additional cot can be provided by arrangement.  

There are door gates on the cot room and back twin bedroom with the Junior bed and a fire guard for the wood-burning stove.

There is a selection of sand toys for the beach (in the summer), as well as toys and games and books for children of all ages including lots of soft toys. There is also a selection of videos suitable for children. 

In the fully enclosed garden there is  a summer house and a swing with different swing seats for various ages of children .
