This quaint Fisherman's Cottage has been fully refurbished. It is in a peaceful rural location on a quiet country
lane. Across the road from the cottage are woodlands. The back garden,
which has a view of the sea, backs on to an open field. Forget-Me-Not
Cottage is a only
ten minute walk down the hill into the centre of New Quay with its
picturesque Harbour and Beaches, pubs and restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION
- Relax in the sitting room on comfortable leather sofas where there
is a TV , digibox, DVD player, and stereo / CD player. The kitchen
/ diner has an
electric cooker,
microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the usual
small appliances and seats 6. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to
6 people. There is a double bedroom with
a TV, another
bedroom with 2 single beds and a third with 3' bunk beds. A full size cot
and high chair can be provided if requested.
There is an electric shower over the bath in the bathroom. All bed linen,
and kitchen tea towels are provided. Please note, we do ask
our guests not to smoke in the cottage. The house is heated by night

GROUNDS - There is a compact fully enclosed
elevated private garden with a sea view to the rear of the
house with steps leading up to the garden . There is a
summer house, a barbecue and garden furniture. There is
private off-road parking opposite the house for one car, and
other parking places further up the road for additional
cars.
ELECTRICITY -
electricity is inclusive.
PETS - One well-behaved dog is permitted.
